Payments and refunds
Polar is the merchant of record and authorized reseller. Ryuxin Entertainment provides the product and technical support.
Delivery or product problems
Contact us with your order reference if files cannot be delivered, installation fails in the stated configuration, or the product materially differs from its description. We will assess the issue and coordinate a fix, replacement or refund with Polar.
Billing questions
For duplicate, incorrect or unrecognized charges, contact Polar at support@polar.sh. Receipts and invoices are available in your customer portal. Never send full card details to support.
Your rights
Applicable statutory withdrawal, cancellation and refund rights remain intact. Digital delivery starts after checkout; this page does not impose a blanket no-refund rule or waive mandatory rights. Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider and revoke product access.
